Nebulizer
The NEBAL II nebulizer is used to humidify medical gases given to patients. Its diffuser has a large surface area and low thickness, which allows the oxygen or medical air administered to diffuse as micro-bubbles and take up humidity with a very low pressure loss (< 100 mb).
It is easy-to-use, even for outpatients. Opening and closing the quarter-turn cap on the jar is easy. It may be washed in the dishwasher.
With the exception of the diffuser and tube, NEBAL can be sterilised in an autoclave at 121°C max or 134°C (depending on model).
It can be associated with a flowmeter or an O2 concentrator or a liquid reservoir via its 12x125 or 9x16 connector.
Nebulizer application:
- Flow of 4 l/min of O2 or air at 20°C: 3 ml H2O/h
- Flow of 12 l/min of O2 or air at 20°C: 9 ml H2O/h
