The Air Liquide Medical Systems high pressure supply system has been specially designed for distribution of medical gases. It ensures continuous gas distribution in complete safety by means of a fully automated change-over system, supply manifolds and alarm system.
Two pressure-reduction stages allow the supply of a stable pressure to the network, regarless of flowrate.
Compatible with all medical gases: O2, N2O, Air, CO2 and N2. Flow ud to 80 m3/h.
Main cut-off valve
The V.S.P (main cut-off valve) allows the station to be isolated from the customer's networkto release overpressure, safely supply the network during facility maintenance and connect pressure sensors for monitoring the network. Main gases available: O2, Medical air, N2O, CO2, N2
Pigtailed connection & articulated connector, rack
The pigtailed connector and ball-and-socket connectors allow cylinders to be connected to the valve boxes. The inlet connector (cylinder side) is gas-specific. The stainless steel rack is used to anchor the cylinder to the wall.
Monitoring system: VIGI serie 3000
VIGI series 3000 is a monitoring system for medical gas networks or central gas supply stations. Pressure faults are indicated by an audible alarm and an explicit message on an LCD screen. The pressure values for each channel are displayed alternately. The black box can be transferred to a PC and connection to a GTC (Centralised Technical Management) is possible.
Sensors connection valve
The Sensors connection valve (VCC) should be installed at the Reducer-Changeover system outlet where the V.S.P is normally placed if the latter is attached elsewhere. It therefore fulfils most regulation requirements and enables main shut-off and pressure reading.
Valve box
Valve boxes allow the setting up of gas supply manifolds for the high-pressure central gas station: one valve box for 1 or 2 cylinders.
Cylinder rack station
The cylinder rack station allows a rack of cylinders to be connected to the high-pressure central gas station via a high-pressure hose. The connection of a second bundle is available as an option. Main gases available: O2, Medical air, N2O, N2
Pressure reduction-inversion-backup
The pressure reduction and inversion system is designed to supply medical gas networks from cylinders or cylinder racks. The Taema pneumatic inversion system is fully automatic and does not require manual rearming.
