NEFTIS 2 offers a wide selection of barometric, volumetric or combined ventilation modes allowing ventilation suitable for both adults and children for hospital treatments and in the patient's home. Two specific configurations have been developed: for hospitals with all the functions of an intensive care ventilator; for the home, with simplified screens and selective setting locking.
The wide screen of NEFTIS 2 enables simple and intuitive settings and accurate patient follow-up. A genuine aid for prescribing physicians and service providers, this screen displays ventilation curves, trends, parameter variations and the alarms log. In the home, it is devised to clearly display only the information or messages that the patient needs.
To ensure complete patient safety, NEFTIS 2's main systems are duplicated.
With its unique proximal flow sensor design, NEFTIS 2 increases ventilation performances in terms of precision and flexible use:
- single-branch patient expiratory spirometry measurement,
- increased trigger sensitivity,
- wide-ranging compatibility with existing standard and disposable circuits.
Thanks to its five trigger settings, NEFTIS 2 allows perfect adaptation of ventilation for both adults and children while minimizing the respiratory effort.
